Gigantic Kimba Made Sale!!!

You may have noticed that I've closed my etsy shop for the summer. I want to spend more time splashing in the pool with my kids. I plan to reopen in the fall with some new designs.

But before I put my needle and tread away for the summer, I want clear out some of my stash to make room for new fabric coming in the fall. I made a bunch of these Peony Pins that never made it into my etsy shop. (Truth? I have organza coming out the wazoo. It's gotta go.) They're a little smaller than the ones I had in my shop a while back, so they're really wearable.

Each pin is made with layers and layers of fluffy organza. They are about 3" across and have a bar pin on the back so you can use it to spruce up your summer top or handbag.

You can snap them up for $9.00 each with free shipping! These would normally be $15.00 (with shipping) in my shop so that's a whole lot off! Please don't make me do the math.

Last week I introduced you to my newest pretty pin...the Ava with a swanky birdie button. Lots of you loved her but a few of you "bird-haters" emailed me and asked if I would make an Ava pin with a regular rhinestone button. Brilliant!

When I saw these adorable bird silhouette buttons, I knew that you all would love them as much as I do. So I combined them with some of my favorite pistachio green felt and came up with my favorite new pin. Her name is Ava (which is apparently derived from a Latin word meaning bird). I'm such a dork.



Ava is fluffy and shaggy and perfectly imperfect. The more you fluff her, the better she looks. Ava is made from wool felt and a custom designed button. She's about 3.5" across and has a 1.5" bar pin on the back.



Right here on my blog is the only place you'll be able to buy this pin in the pistachio green. This one won't be put in my shop. She's a limited edition, just for my readers.

Spring Bling

When I saw this peacock blue felt, I knew I had to make a new pin for spring. I love this color! I want to wrap myself up and live in this color.

She is made from layer upon layer of fluffy wool felt. I think her name is Betty. She's about 2-1/2" across and just perfect to add a hint of spring color to your coat.
