So are you one of the crazy people who get up at 3 AM and stand in line to get the best deals? I used to be one of you. No more.
Or are you like me? I stay at home and munch on leftovers while doing some online shopping. When you read this post it is highly likely that I am enjoying a bowl of leftover stuffing and shopping from our Moms Unite Shopping Guide. I've already done quite a bit of my shopping with these ladies and I still have a bit more to do.
There's plenty of time to do some of your shopping with these talented ladies. Check them out!
The Inspired Room and Nesting Place have some great shops listed on their blogs too!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING KIMBA!!! :) I will acutally be outside at 4:00am to get some great deals! But I am also shopping with the gift guide! :) I LOVE Black Friday!! hehe
P.S.....pass the stuffing, please! :)
Happy Thanksgiving! I will be in the fray tomorrow morning but it will NOT be at 4 a.m! It will be mostly to Hobby Lobby and Old Time Pottery to make stuff for gifts. I have already been at it making tassels and Christmas decorations! I can't WAIT to see what everyone posts for the next few weeks!
Oh, and here in Mississippi, we call it "dressing" not "stuffing" and it's soooooo good! : )
I went to Target last week-end and purchased all gifts except for those that we will be buying online.... anything to keep from going between Thanksgiving and Christmas.... makes me feet hurt just thinking about it.

Yep, made us some dressing and ate it once already....yummy.
Nope I won't be up shopping at 4 a.m.....no ma'am, not me.

Happy Thanksgiving, Kimba. I used to do black friday shopping but this year, I am not feeling it, with the economy down, less money to spend, I have spent more time making gifts this year and I think that's how it's gonna be from here on out. Besides, I need my beauty sleep!
Never have done that and I doubt I ever will. :) I would sooo much rather lounge again all day. I'll probably head out later in the day to get a couple things but that's not for sure. :) Now the day after Christmas, I'm out by 7 a.m. to get the deals on wrapping paper! HA! Thanks for sharing these great sites and Happy Thanksgiving!!
Thanks for promoting the guide and hope everyone had a wonderful Turkey Day! For those of you who are shopping online- Neutral Dwelling is offering $5 off any order- just use coupon code BlackFriday08 at checkout--- expires 11/28/08 midnight CST.
I did my own Moms Unite blog today too! Yeah!! So happy to get the word out!
Love you! Happy Thanksgiving... and enjoy your stuffing. I feel a bit like a stuffed turkey right now.

Happy Thanksgiving! I used to always be the insane one out trying to grab a deal, but the only place I'll be at that dreadful morning hour is under my covers. There isn't anything I want or am looking for that would require me to endure the crazy people. I enjoy looking for a few things in the store, but teenagers are easiest to shop for on-line.
Hi Kimba! Happy belated Thanksgiving to you and yours!
I haven't been out in years to the Friday sales. Hubby ran out today to grab 3 things for me since I'm so not a morning person!
This post is SO NEAT! I am going to sit down today and go to a TON of these online spots you highlited!
Thanks for taking the time to do that. How nice of you!
Happy Friday~ Les
What a great line up of shops!
I decided this year to make my hand embroidered Tea Towels as gifts this year!
So, I'll be embroidering...while snacking on leftovers...LOL!!!
Have a great weekend!

Hi Kimba,
Great post here. So kind of you to promote these hard working moms. I bought an item from etsy last month and another one this month. One was a stitchery pattern and the other was a piece of handmade jewelry. : )

Shopping was not an option.

I really do think online shopping (and handmade) is the way to go!
I am having a giveaway on my blog so pop over!
I braved the antique mall today (and it was packed), but I will be shopping online this year, for sure! Thank you for the links!

Happy late TG Kimba! No 3 am black friday shopping for me either :)
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Thanks so much for posting the gift guide, such wonderful things to be found there.
I am going to throw the entire holiday season for a loop and barely shop at all, at least at the usual places. I have never been one to go out for Black Friday anyways...I can remember going out on that day only maybe once (once is enough! GAH!). I like to shop in peace and quiet so I usually shop in October. But this year, it will be different. Limited shopping and buying (due to our move) and more family togetherness (carrying boxes and cleaning, how fun will that be!)!

Hee hee. Great post!
I brave BF every year. Not because I have to get things...it's just fun. This year I didn't get the great deals/bargains BUT I finished my Christmas shopping. It feel great to be done! Now all I need to do is find great wrapping paper and make fun ornaments and bake cookies and...
