Bare Walls Need a Giveaway!

See this wall?

I need one of these to go there.

I'll bet you have any empty wall where it would look great too.

Hadley Hutton is one of my favorite artists and I nearly fell over when she said that she would love to give a piece of her artwork to one of my readers. She's talented and nice too!

Leave me a comment telling me where you would put one of her prints and you just might win it! The contest will stay open until Friday night (or Saturday morning if I fall asleep early). The winner will choose an 8.5" x 11" print from Hadley's etsy shop.

The winner of the set of holiday cards from Le Papier Studio is Kristen.

I would put it in my bedroom that has some very bare walls right now!

My bedroom has a fresh coat of paint, new carpet and bare walls.
It would be great to have her beautiful artwork displayed there.

Or my living room could use a print. I could go on and on.

I was all set to say that I'd put it right next to the door to my kitchen, right up until my daughter walked up behind me and oohed and aahed. hehe. I have a feeling she would claim if I won. I'm off to check out her etsy site for potential Christmas gifts. :) Thanks for the awesome giveaway.

Beautiful artwork! She's such a talented artist. I would put it in my stairway going upstairs. I have left it bare for 4 years now hoping to find a beautiful piece to put there.

We just moved into our house in August and I still have some very bare walls in my living room.

I have to have one (or 5)... in my master suite - which is decorated in birds...

Each and every one of those prints are amazing! I must rush over to her shop and what more she has created :-) Rosie

I would put the painting downstairs in our newly remodeled basement due to it's recent flooding.

Beautiful stuff! The atumun poppies would be great in my family room - iim still working on getting stuff up on the walls as we just moved in a few months ago. Or the feeding the birds would go great in my guest room.

Kimmiejane said...

We are moving to a new home so that we can take care of my Husbands aging father. I would put one of those beautiful prints on a wall leading to my Father-in-laws new bedroom to remind him of his previous home where he loved to watch the birds!

Heathahlee said...

Since my dining room is bereft of any decent artwork, I'm sure it would go in there, but since we haven't redone that room yet, I'm not sure I wouldn't put it right over my desk where I'm sitting right now! Those are beautiful prints!

Krys72599 said...

I have EXACTLY the same corner that Kimba does, next to my new staircase. And we have a light switch there, too, so we can't put in the coat closet we thought we could build in that corner, so a picture would be PERFECT!!!
PLEASE pick me!!!

Heather said...

I would put it in my foyer for all to see or maybe be stingy and put it in my bedroom! She is so talented.

Astrid in Bristling Acres said...

GORGEOUS prints!!!

I am in the process of converting our 'guest room' (you know the junk pile with a door) into a play room for our girl. I think I've finally decided on a 'natural' theme. I'm thinking, soft blues and greens. Her artwork would be perfect!

Anonymous said...

Well I live in a rented house with 2 other roommates and we do our best to decorate - the furniture part is fine but the walls are impossible. Huge and white and bare.

I would probably put it above the bar section in the dining area so that everyone entering the house would be able to see it immediately and enjoy it. That area could use a little femininity.

Long story, but it got ruined quite by accident when I had taken it down to do something to it. So either place, I'd love it.

Thanks for allowing me to enter the contest.

Gorgeous artwork! I would put mine either in my bedroom, or in my entry hall in place of my barn stars....

my daughter's big girl room desperately needs artwork, but i would be tempted to use it in my bathroom...

I would put it in the living room. The soft colors of her prints would go perfectly with the sage and cream of my walls.

I'd put it in my little girl's room. Thanks!

What absolutely beautiful artwork. I have a twelve year old daughter with bare walls whose room would be brightened by one of these prints.

All of her art is really lovely. I can think of numerous places in my home that would look complete if they had a piece of her art gracing the wall. My living room is one place that needs a little more inspiration.

I love her art. Love the little birds. I would put one in the new guestroom we are finishing in our basement. Thank you! Mimi
